Services Provided
We offer a range of travel-related services, including domestic and international travel packages, visa assistance, flight bookings, hotel and resort reservations, customized itineraries, and optional travel insurance. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location and season.
Booking Policy
Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance or full payment. All prices are subject to change based on availability and currency exchange rates. A booking will be deemed valid only when a written confirmation or receipt is issued by us.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or bank transfer. All payments must be completed before the travel date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in cancellation or penalty charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges vary based on the services booked and proximity to travel dates. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–20 business days after deduction of cancellation charges. No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Airline tickets, visa fees, or any non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund regardless of cancellation timing.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 to 20 business days after confirmation of the cancellation. The refund will be made to the original method of payment only. Visa processing fees, travel insurance, and convenience fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed flights, or unused services after the trip has started. If we cancel a tour for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Changes & Amendments
Any changes requested after booking will be considered based on availability and may result in additional costs. We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or political disturbances.
Visa Assistance
We assist travelers in applying for visas by guiding them through the documentation and application process. However, we do not guarantee visa approval. The traveler is responsible for submitting accurate information and attending any required appointments. If a visa is rejected, no refund will be given for the travel package unless specifically mentioned.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen situations. Any claims or disputes related to travel insurance must be handled directly with the insurance provider.
Traveler Responsibilities & Liability
We act only as an intermediary between you and the service providers (such as airlines and hotels). We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they carry valid documents and comply with all laws and regulations of the destinations visited.

Endless Quest Holidays acts solely as an agent on behalf of third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or defaults on the part of these providers. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred during the trip, except in cases where such issues arise directly due to our own negligence.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or political unrest.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except for booking purposes.
